What's included in processing fees?

The unit processing fee includes inspecting, FNSKU labeling, other labeling, label removal, and polybagging with suffocation warning. We are not here to nickel and dime you like other prep centers!

Are there any required minimums?

Unlike nearly every other prep center, we do not have a monthly minimum for volume.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Items sent to the warehouse will not be charged sales tax because we are located in Independence, Oregon and Salem, Oregon. This will save you an average of 8.5% depending on the state you live in. Please consult a tax professional regarding tax liability.

Does we work with international sellers?

Yes. Payment is in USD only.

What items do we not accept?

- Amazon Returns
- FBA Removals
- Off-Season Meltables
- Used items
- Dangerous/volatile/Hazmat items (fuels, fertilizers, solvents, corrosives, firearms, pressurized items, paint, etc.)
- Products heavier than 40 lbs unless arranged ahead of time
- Items larger than 24 inches on any side unless arranged ahead of time
- Used books

What is the turnaround time?

- Items are received and allocated to inventory daily
- Processing times vary but are typically completed within 48 hours of your accepted processing request. These times may be longer during peak shopping periods where demand is high.
